Casa Joanna is a spacious 1 bedroom villa, twin bedded with large en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. Open plan lounge, with 50″ TV, full TV package, Bose blue tooth speaker, dining area and full kitchen, with gas hob and oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer etc – the property has recently been refurbished to a high standard.
Outside there is a large 80 m2 terrace with comfortable loungers, table and chairs and sunbrella where you can take in the sun and enjoy the view. There is also a built in bbq (based on a design by Cesár Manrique) and a large garden area. This property benefits from beautiful views down the valley and to the sea in the distance. Private parking on site. This property does not have access to a pool.
Situated in the quiet and peaceful village of Nazaret – there is a small supermarket at the end of the road and there is a bar and a restaurant within walking distance. There are further bars and restaurants in the old capital of Teguise (home to a very large Sunday market) which is approximately 2km. You will also find a Pharmacy and a doctor´s surgery in that area. Nearest beaches are approximately 15 minutes by car.
Car hire is highly recommended at this location. The villa is suitable for 2 people.

Directions
- Leave the airport by turning right on to the dual carriageway, signposted ARRECIFE. Please note, there is a speed camera along this stretch of dual carriageway, in both directions
- Continue along the dual carriage until you see a sign for the CIRCUNVALACION and move into the left hand lane, following the signs for the CIRCUNVALACION and turn left. (TIP – there is a petrol station on the right hand side of the road at this point – do not use this petrol station, because you can’t get back to where you need to be and you will end up in Arrecife!!) (TIP – there is a petrol station approx 500 metres on the right on the CIRCUNVALACION). Continue along this road.
- Leave the CIRCUNVALACION at the junction signposted for ORZOLA. After turning right at this junction, you will come to a roundabout, turn left and follow signs for TAHICHE.
- Stay on this road, crossing 4 roundabouts, straight through the village of TAHICHE, following signs for TEGUISE.
- After you have passed the signpost for NAZARET you will see a large white building on your left. Approximately 100 metres after that you take a left hand turn (opposite the SUPERMARKET and telephone box)
- Follow this road down for a few hundred yards and you will see a building on the left with a round window, marked number 29 on the postbox on the wall. Pull in to the driveway and you have arrived at Casa Joanna.
